Libyan rebels moved heavier weapons and a top commander towards the disputed town of Brega on Friday, seeking to break the military stalemate against better-equipped troops loyal to Col Muammar Gaddafi.

I started pursuing my dreams when I first joined the "Talented Kids Club" at the age of 9. With the encouragement of my family, friends, and teachers I continued singing and entered many singing contests. In my Senior High year, I had joined two amateur bands called "Stars" and "Thien Thanh". In 1991, I entered in in the contest "Tieng Hat Truyen Hinh" where I was welcomed by the audience with great love and support. During this time, I had many decision to pursue singing as a professional career.


Tomahawk Cruise Missiles Hit Targets in Libya

More than 112 Tomahawk cruise missiles struck over 20 targets inside Libya today in the opening phase of an international military operation the Pentagon said was aimed at stopping attacks led by Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi and enforcing a U.N.-backed no-fly zone.
President Obama, speaking from Brazil shortly after he authorized the missile attacks, said they were part of a "limited military action" to protect the Libyan people.
