Common mistakes of newbie blogger

Many people believe that when they create a blog and then copy content from Internet or other source to their blog is a good way.
However this is one of the biggest mistakes they ever make.

Before create a blog we should determine the main target so the content will focus on this target. Many bloggers create entry by sudden inspiration. When surfing Internet they find usefull articles but maybe these articles do not have any relationship with their blog.
Poor layout
